Excellent! We once run a giant timer on the screen for questions. 30 seconds to ask your question. It worked like a charm. Also, if this is an in person event and people have lapel mics, make sure they are turned off if they decide to pop into the washroom before the session. Hard lesson, that one.

This is amazing even if you are not an American... I learned English in Calgary, but spent next eight years in New Brunswick and then 18 in Newfoundland so apparently I sound closest to somebody from Portland, ME, Boston, which makes sense.
