Sanni, being a weird little witch, does daily rituals to keep her aether aligned in a way that basically results in transfemme HRT. Valisen, being more of a genderfuck, took some potions that helped them grow a bit of a chest and change fat distribution but doesn’t stress it much past that.

recently my friend's comics professor told her that it's acceptable to use gen AI for script-writing but not for art, since a machine can't generate meaningful artistic work. meanwhile, my sister's screenwriting professor said that they can use gen AI for concept art and visualization, but that it won't be able to generate a script that's any good. and at my job, it seems like each department says that AI can be useful in every field except the one that they know best.

It's only ever the jobs we're unfamiliar with that we assume can be replaced with automation. The more attuned we are with certain processes, crafts, and occupations, the more we realize that gen AI will never be able to provide a suitable replacement. The case for its existence relies on our ignorance of the work and skill required to do everything we don't.

Getting weird and crunchy with it. Hadn't tried shooting Phoenix yet and -experimental- is putting it lightly. I kinda love the weird crunchy and off kilter vibe it has tho? Wouldn't use it for everything, but fun! Spotmatic w/ Super-Tak 50/1.4 using Phoenix 200 film

Not to sound like a curmudgeon, but when I was a teenager, I took the train to go to the record store to find rare stuff. Spotify is way more convenient, but that wasn't the point. The point was to get out and to feel like you're hunting, to feel like you're living your life. I'm going to the movies, I'm going to this show. What streaming has done-it's very convenient, but it's taken the feeling of going hunting and turned it into we're all just being fed.
