This is why GMs need to be clever. Players that find no traps but keep looking when their characters have never ever encountered a trap after falling a check to find them are metagaming. The point isn't to punish players with traps going off on them. It's to have an adventure...

They could also be preparing laws for Day 1 of retaking Congress (if they do) to limit executive excess & corruption, put stronger guardrails in place to safeguard democracy, enact accountability on SCOTUS, get $ out of politics, & rebalance the economy so it doesn't just benefit billionaires.

Hard for that to happen when "law enforcement" gets to pick & choose which laws to enforce & when... And then they never choose to do so against people with money, power, and/or connections. Then again, a police badge is the single most effective "Get Out of Jail Free Card" in American history...

It’s very simple and it’s been said over and over but I guess it needs saying continuously: if you deem one group too small to have equal rights you are enabling fascism, not fighting it. The people saying Dems are GREAT on trans rights are not paying attention and/or saying stuff like this.

At a bare minimum, all states should ban private equity firms from purchasing any stake, no matter how minimal, in any companies that are part of the supply chain to prevent loss of human life and/or loss of property. That's the reasonable alternative to banning private equity companies altogether.

Okay, here's some of my own feedback. I failed to address a major design flaw in this redesign, and that's the fact that (non-Mutant) Champions that are Shock Immune are such an easy counter to Nebula that you might not want to rank her up. She should be viable vs. Ant-Man or Korg or Dr. Doom.

Yes, I'm aware that if you get 10 Amp Passives, you can regularly & easily toss out 10 Shocks that deal 47,515.5 damage over 6 seconds. Chee'ilth can maintain that kind of damage with her Bleeds (137,313.75 over 9 seconds with 10 Bleeds & 10 Spirit Charges; not difficult to maintain).

It's not the highest damage in the game, but it's so much better than where she's at after being outpaced by so many newer Champions, even comparing 6-star to 6-star. It puts her in a very respectable place.
