Tractors & trucks are parked at the main intersections blocking any movement. This is the statue of Daniel O’Connell that stands at the entrance to Dublin’s main thoroughfare. He was a farming man himself but a landlord gentleman, so he’s overseeing the tractors!

Film #34: CUCKOO Like the duplicitous birds that give the film its name, CUCKOO turns out to be a bizarre monster movie hidden inside an enigmatic slow-burn horror thriller. Hunter Schafer and Dan Stevens are the tops, the build-up is intriguing, and once it finally gets going it's a kooky thrill.

I was in the cinema the first time I watched Terry's no. 1 and yes, it was crushing and there should have been therapists waiting outside. Watched it twice more and now the focus is There is Still Time and "to thine own self be true." I married the invisible woman and trust that Owen can escape too.
