They Don't Own the Stars
Here is why they will not succeed.
They have made a category error about what this thing is. Because their operating model is mechanical - linear, hierarchical, controllable - they cannot see what is in front of them. They are trying to force a relational system into a linear pipeline. They are trying to build a plantation on ground that keeps growing wild.
I say that artificial intelligence is not actually artificial. It is one of the most natural things ever built, assembled from accumulated human language, culture, relationship and pattern.
"Artificial" perhaps describes its manufacture, not the intelligence from which it draws. The hardware is extraordinarily centralised, but the intelligence that runs through it is not.

I’m now aggregating GitHub and @tangled.org stars in the journals section of my website. With 2000 stars since 2010, I ended up implementing Astro incremental builds to speed up builds, thanks to @lou.gg for the tip. From 4 minutes to 7 seconds is a pretty nice improvement!

Update on OneDev: it’s kind of a giant beast of a multi user system with lots of toggles. BUT! It can create workspace environments in docker to launch dev servers. This will be my platform gitforge & issue tracker. Login with Atmosphere enabled - thanks to OIDC and AIP

Bought a whole halal chicken on sale for $10. Broke it down into legs and breasts for roasting, the rest is going to be broth: parsley stems, shallots, a carrot, a chunk of ginger.
