I wanted to draw Felix with an unabashed belly laugh, and this was the only scenario where I could imagine it happening. #Dimilix #FE3H #FireEmblem #ActredalArt

5-panel comic where Dimitri and Felix try to kiss while lying down, but Dimitri slips and bonks heads with Felix. Felix is annoyed at first but bursts into laughter when he sees Dimitri’s sad puppy dog eyes, causing Dimitri to smile too.

late-ish wipwed for the vampire event! in a last ditch effort to save byleth after she falls, sothis makes her a creature of the night. it’s hard enough to grapple with blood thirst, but having an angry wet rat around makes it even worse (yes, they eventually fuck) 🫀 #dimileth

"I thought you were smarter than that, Professor," Dimitri spat, his blue eye piercing daggers into her from across the cathedral.
"Holding on to a fool's hope...the boy you once knew is dead. He has been replaced by nothing more than a beast."
Something akin to anger boiled under
Byleth's skin at his words. The prior vitriol he uttered rarely made her flinch, but this time was different. She couldn't stop the deep, cathartic laughter from spilling out of her throat, shaky breaths echoing throughout the ruins. It felt like a madness had taken hold of her then, her belly aching as thick tears drenched her cheeks.
"You... you think that you are a beast?"
Byleth snorted, so unlike her usual, collected self that it made the sulking man turn ever so slightly in her direction. "You may kill without mercy, Dimitri, but at least you stop there. A beast does not simply kill— it devours. If anyone is one here, it is ME!"

#WIPWednesday Another Wednesday, another piece of my Dimilix fic for the FE Vampire Weekend. I'm happy to share that chapter 1 of 4 is complete, so I'll definitely have something to post on October 30th. I hope I'll finish the rest by then. 🦇

Snippet of my WIP

"Dimitri turns. His icy blue eye is wide open after being startled. Felix can smell the adrenaline on his battle-crazed blood. It's so enticing. The unbidden thought has him pursing his lips and biting into his cheeks from the inside, if only to ignore the sudden thirst. The scent of Dimitri's blood is appetising, yes; Felix has noticed as much since the Blue Lions returned to Garreg Mach. Yet, he has spent the better of the last five years mastering his own impulses to be strong enough to resist. He refuses to let himself be more of a monster than he already is. If he is to feed on blood, let that be the blood of animals, thieves or imperials. Dimitri's blood is but a minor distraction, nothing more."

Thanks. At least, this gives me some validation 💙 But yeah, while I completely understand nostalgia and making a fandom part of who you are (guilty of that myself at times), it still hurts that a friend seems more offended to have their fandom rejected than how it affects a person close to them.

“Villain” in this story because I made them feel bad about liking something. And I’ve been thinking about why that matters more than the fact that if there was a law like the ones this woman is pushing where we live I’d be a target. 😔 (Needless to say the last couple of days haven’t been great).

Very excited to reveal the theme for the mini-Deduesdays event on March 16, 2027: Irreplaceable! Please share so Dedue fans everywhere can celebrate! #FE3H #Deduesdays2027 This beautiful graphic was made by @meltypancake.bsky.social. Thank you, May!

A yellow announcement graphic featuring a bust of academy era Dedue Molinaro on the left and a full body of him on the right. On the right he is facing away from the audience and holding a flower. Behind these figures is a blue crescent moon latter. Along the edges are blue and orange squares. The text announces that the theme for the March 16 event is "irreplaceable" and provides the hashtag for the event and this bsky account.

#WipWednesday Do I have many other wips I should be working on? Maybe. But today I got to start what I hope will become my Dimilix fic for the FE Vampire Weekend.

Snippet of a wip:

"The Crest of Fraldarius, the Shield, the Steadfast. For all its virtues, no one would ever guess it is the crest of a monster. In truth, there are many monsters roaming Fódlan these days. The one haunting Felix's mind was born during the Western Rebellion. Years later, he would spend most of his time at Garreg Mach warning people about it, telling friend and foe not to trust the princely facade behind which the Boar used to hide. Ironic that his absence is what ends up making Felix a monster himself, turning him into what he used to loathe. "

Blazing VanP @blazingvanp.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Agreed! I came here for the Dimilix, but definitely stayed and ate it up because it's an excellent read. I also think it did a great job adapting but keeping the essence of the source material, like the rhythm of the dialogue, the metaphors in some descriptions, you know?

Blazing VanP @blazingvanp.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

My favourite POV was the Wolf's, precisely for the moments where both Bisclavret and the Wolf coexist. And the ones which combined Him and the Wolf (3rd and 1st person) were so delicious! It worked so well to portray the change being so unstable and the going back and forth and...!!! *squeals*
