Writers can use whichever platform they prefer to write in! The only stipulation is that the work is shared to your artist partner and that it is public/available to the mods to view during check-ins. #blrb #bluelionsreversebang

A screenshot of a Tumblr ask from user frigid-arnica that reads: "Hi, I just had a quick question about word processors. Will all writers be expected to use GDocs or could we use something like Ellipsus instead (it also has sharing capabilities and the capacity for collaborators to leave comments)? Thanks!"

(1/2) This question is answered in our Guidebook under the "General Rules" section, as well as on our Tumblr (from last year) at the link on the next post. But yes, that is correct! Any and all ships within the Fódlan universe are accepted. As a main ship, a Blue Lion student must be the focus.

A screenshot of an anonymous tumblr ask that reads: "Just to be absolutely sure, ships like dimiclaude or dimileth are accepted so long as it's a Dimitri POV and focus, is that right?"

(1/3) [Follow-up] TL;DR, you should decide what characters will be featured in your piece and what the setting and overall vibe is. You and your partner can out the finer details during the creation period.

A screencap of an anonymous Tumblr ask that reads: Kind of in line with that other ask, let's take the Ingrid/Dorothea sketch example from the guidebook just so I don't use my own ideas. If I'm an artist and I multiship Ingrid with... Let's say Dorothea, Dimitri, and Annette. Can my pitch be Ingrid at the bar and an unlabeled stick figure and put in the pitch that I'm open to it being Dorothea, Dimitri, or Annette, or do I need to pick one? Or say I ship Ingrid with all the students. Can I say Ingrid and the writer gets to choose the other half? Just trying to figure out what's too vague.

Yes, exactly! Pitches/Sketches should convey enough of an idea to inspire but not necessarily force a writer down a specific path.

A screenshot of an anonymous Tumblr ask that reads: how detailed of an idea should an artist have for the reverse bang? is it okay to make a piece based on a Vibe and leave all of the plot up to the writer?

This is acceptable so long as the main fic is Dimitri focused, including being told from Dimitri's perspective. Remember, non-lion characters are supporting cast, not the main focus.

A screencap of an anonymous Tumblr ask. The question reads: "can an epilogue of a work feature a focus on non-lion students? example would be a work thats main focus is Rodrigue and Dimitri's relationship, featuring an epilogue focusing on Rodrigue and Lambert."

(1/3) It's a professor's duty to answer all kinds of questions! Rest assured there are no dumb or stupid ones. A Reverse Bang is the opposite (or the reverse) of a Big Bang. In a Big Bang, writers are brought on to create a new fanwork based around a series, ship or theme...
