www.deviantart.com/miipack603/a... A gift from @jdarkblaze.bsky.social, showing our OCs Tough Cookie and Erika engaged in a battle of appetites as they see who can devour the most cookies, while their friends Syntax and Rianne observe. Hard to say which of these plump ponies will win in the end, lol

Tough Cookie, a chubby orange unicorn mare with a red mane and tail and a scroll of parchment cutie mark, and Erika, a chubby green unicorn mare with a red mane and tail and a cutie mark of a chef's hat and cooking utensils, are surrounded by chocolate chip cookies, and by the size of their bellies, have been engaged in an eating contest. In the back, Syntax, a blue unicorn stallion wearing glasses, a gray vest, and gray fedora hat, and Rianne, a doe deer, watch their friends in amusement.

I got started on Star Fox for Switch 2 yesterday, starting with the ‘easy’ path that includes Sector X and Titania. In essence, it IS Star Fox 64 again, but the presentation, graphics, additional dialogue, and especially the expanded story and lore are fantastic. I’ve been enjoying myself. #StarFox

Blazewing and Pecan Sandy, holding hooves and gazing lovingly into each other's eyes, imagine how they'd still be together, even if they were seaponies or dragons. Tough Cookie buys a box of cookies from Pecan Sandy. Cookie jokes about the transaction as if exchanging money for cookies is an unheard of trade worthy of consideration. Amused, Pecan plays along, and when told to keep the change, warmly thanks Cookie for her patronage and good humor. Cookie replies that Pecan has a better sense of humor than her friend Syntax, while also expressing her pleasure at doing business with her.

Tough Cookie holds a jar of cookies in her magic, and is gratefully receiving feedback on them from Pecan Sandy. Cookie has some painful and bitter memories about her lack of baking skills, as the rest of her family are cooks or bakers, and she feels like the black sheep of the family because of it. She's confided this to Pecan, as the two have grown close as friends.
"You asked for honesty, Cookie, so I'll be honest: you're definitely improving. You're still a little haphazard in putting your ingredients together, and you still haven't quite gotten that perfect time in the oven yet, but you're still doing much better than you were before, and much better than you've been giving yourself credit for.
I know how hard this must be for you, after everything you went through with your family...That's why I think you're being very brave, wanting to try and learn to bake again. I don't consider myself a perfect teacher, but I'm still happy to pass on any baking tips I can to you, the same way my mother did for me..."

Tough Cookie meeting Maggie, Blazewing's cousin and Pecan Sandy's friend. Maggie is a chubby green pegasus mare with a teal mane and tail, freckles on her cheeks, and a cutie mark of a bird's nest with two eggs.
Maggie: So you're Pecan's favorite customer, huh? I'm Maggie, a friend of hers. Nice to meetcha!
Cookie: Guilty as charged. Tough Cookie's the name, but friends just call me 'Cookie'. Nice to meetcha too, Maggie.
Maggie: I knew Pecan's baking was amazing, but I never thought it'd bring a pony all the way from Canterlot on the regular.
Tough Cookie: Heh, what can I say? I love me some good cookies, and hers are the best. If you ask me, you and that boyfriend of hers are the lucky ones, getting to enjoy her baking right at home in Ponyville.
Maggie: *giggle* Can't argue with that.

Pecan Sandy having Blazewing try some lightning bolt-shaped gingersnaps, or 'gingerzaps', based on a recipe from her late mother, Vanilla Sundae.
"I hope you like these, Blaze. They're gingersnaps, just like my mother taught me to bake. She always used to shape them like lightning bolts, and called them 'gingerzaps'. I could always tell whenever she was making them, because when I asked, she'd say she was 'baking up a storm'. **giggle*"
