I don’t want this point to be lost in the discourse. Going digital-only means inequity for people who cannot afford internet or constantly purchasing new games. Libraries provide opportunities for people to experience games they otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford, and that will be lost.

They're a random encounter from a limited event normally that spawn between 1AM - 6AM. They're called "slashers" and they're basically hostile NPCs that would randomly attack you. Those ones specifically are likely spawned in from someone with a trainer/exploits though lmao.

Damn, Ubisoft Winnipeg always felt like this far off dream of the video game industry having some sorta presence where I grew up and just like that the space is way smaller. I believe there's only 2 notable studios here now in Winnipeg in Complex Games and Zenfri. Absolute shame on Ubisoft's part.
