OK, Stranger Things S5, this Reaper Mini wasn't made until 1994. It didn't exist in 1989 and its use on your show ruined my immersion. There's like 5,000 other vintage minis you could have used instead. I didn't care about the Sorcerer anachronism, but this one twisted my knickers

It's inconceivable to imagine a scenario where the middle path between the two views I described isn't the best outcome for 99% of people sitting around a table. A hapless robotic series of motions in a flawed simulator vs a storyteller who is using the wrong medium. Either way is disappointing.

In the Jurassic Park novel there was a section all about how they created a miniature elephant just to show investors. It was always very sick and miserable. Back when I was a teen I assumed nobody rich would be stupid enough to fall for such a stupid carny bait and switch.
