Truly amazing content. Thought he had cracked the case, and this was his moment. When Smith denies it, he claims perjury. It's pointed out multiple times that his whole conspiracy is based on him not realizing "Hawkeyes" ≠ Atlanta Hawks, and he STILL blusters belligerently.

Definitely some upside for the Big Ten that Iowa, Nebraska, and Wisconsin showing signs of life. That said Ohio State, Penn State and Michigan are the programs that do the heavy lifting in terms of TV ratings. All three head to October with a loss already is not ideal.

Gameday is ESPN's most tried-and-true show outside of SC. Used to be a festive and fun pregame show. It's now a circus. Some people like circuses! Many at ESPN agree, but those in charge see the numbers (ratings up, younger+more women), so the circus will roll on until the numbers change.
