For @greenmangaming.com I wrote about how, despite being a resolute dodger of more traditional analogue card games, the fiendishly clever @playbalatro.com sunk its claws into me and basically flushed my social calendar down the loo for an extended stretch. www.greenmangaming.com/blog/how-bal...

@dark1x.bsky.social Ahhhh have you seen this? I love this idea of devs essentially going back in time and by using the tools available now are giving us the movie tie-ins we should have had 30+ years ago! youtu.be/hfj6FBLZxsg

Hopping onto Remedy's Control for the first time years after the fact and loving the shit out of it. Big fan of the whole objects of power concept being married up with the notion of urban myths and so on. Mucho enjoy the physics based destruction of the environments too. More pls.

Not sure if this is something I’ve posted before.. but I love how AI works as a competency test. You can tell how skilled you are at a thing by how unimpressed you are by the slop generated equivalent. I’m not a photographer, so AI photos fool me outside obvious tells.

Good also to see Crowe having flashbacks to Gladiator and remembering how fun things can be when he decides to nibble on the scenery a bit.
