An open letter to ice agents
I hope you know the cruelty you carry out today will find its way back to your children. That small skeletons are already bending under the weight of your orders that the badge will outlive the man, but not his silence. that you will come home in uniform and find your child afraid of your hands, I hope you know teacher should earn more than you do. That immigrants were never the problem. Only the mirror your mother is not proud to look into. That The world is split by reckless powerful men who still call it order. the cowards cover their faces to protect the idea of themselves, and that no child will ever grow up wanting to become you.

REMAP CAP was too underpowered to show anything or add substantially to the existing evidence base. the reason it’s getting so much press is recency bias. we have a natural tendency to get jazzed up about the newest, hottest trial while ignoring the previous dozens of trials… #1/2 #EMIMCC

It’s the derivation of this equation (from Josh’s link to the Matzke nonogram paper) which plots vancomycin Cl (ke-1) to CrCL.. Ke=0.00083(CrCL) + 0.0044 Also need to advocate this type of work is a clinical pharmacists bread and butter, and one of the many reasons we need Pharmds at the bedside.
