The amazing vibes-based crafting. The best advice I can give you is to explore, pick up any new block you find to combine them, and watch for the lights on the board. Part of the game is finding the logic in how each block's elements influences the crafting and in which quantity.

The shot composition at least seems to be pretty strong. The way the castle is framed in the background of hyrule fields is really nice and it helps that it's one of the simpler areas. I'm also glad they kept some bold shapes for the character designs.

I don't hate it but it does feel unnecessary, and the art direction is... probably someone's dream art direction but not mine. It's the same way I'm massively put off by Expedition 33's art direction even though it was a hit with many people. My tiny brain is easily saturated by meaningless detail.

Art style concept for a Bomberman inspired roguelike game

A mockup were I did the sprites and art direction of a Bomberman inspired pirate roguelike. The UI is made out of wood and old paper, showing things like the current level and bomb, items and resources.
The level itself is made with sand tiles, like if it was on a desert island. You can see palm trees, destructible crates, hard rocks, a bomb exploding, some designs for the playable character (a thief pirate rat) and the enemies (dead pirate skeletons).

I wonder what the most cozy container would be as a liquid. I feel being stretched thin on a plaque or compressed into a bottle wouldn't feel very good. I think the middle ground of a nice, large, round bowl would be ideal. Not a wooden bowl because you'd feel the icky fibers. Pristine ceramic.

Kitsune Tails is a really good platformer and is full of charming pixel art. It also has a post game that eases you into kaizo levels and ends with you doing tech that I never thought I'd be able to consistently pull off. But mostly it's chill, adorable platforming. So go get it.

DOOM '98 Imagined what if id Software released an additional entry in the Doom series in 1998, using a technological mix between id Tech 2 and GoldSrc engine. Going for the blend of fantastical and grounded, which would be in vein of Half-Life and System Shock 2.

Right??? BetterSADX is a wonderful experience, I love the open hubs and the sense of freedom in the movement and frankly all the campaigns are good. Even Big's campaign is ok. Meanwhile I had such a disappointingly annoying experience with SA2.
