Methodologically, we build on: → Uncertainty-aware posterior models. → Representation learning and multimodal latent spaces. → Physics-informed, cross-scale, causal AI. → Commitment to open, FAIR, usable tools. All this built on Transformers, SSMs, flows, GenAI, and all the methods we all love. 4/9

Our long-term goal: take a cryo-EM structure, a spatial transcriptome, and a patient EHR. Then predict which molecular perturbations will alter disease progression, with calibrated uncertainty at every step. We're not there yet. But every project we launch is a step toward that. 3/9

Excellent #AI tools exist for microscopy. Others for single-cell omics, spatial transcriptomics, clinical prediction. But biology doesn't respect those boundaries. Disease emerges from molecular events rippling through cells, tissues, organs, populations. We need AI that connects those scales. 2/9
