Best view I've ever seen of Mt. Rainier from a plane.🤩 If you zoom in, you can see frozen waterfalls, etc. So cool!!!

Right?!? I was shocked. A tiny vegetated (small trees and low shrubs) berm to separate the rx store drive thru traffic fm everyone else and they were THERE.😍 When in doubt, PLANT SOMETHING! (Preferably something native, obv.)👍

This dish, from home grown beans I picked an hour ago, plus oil, butter, heat, garlic powder, salt and pepper was INSANELY delicious. Wow!!! 😋😋😋 #PNWGardening Next year imma plant WAY more, MUCH earlier. I can eat a LOT of green beans.😅🤓

Paris has been praised in recent years for their visionary, progressive city-building, but they don’t get enough credit for just being really pragmatic! Everything they’ve been doing is common sense. They’re moving a lot more people with less space while cleaning the air and cooling the city.

Having done all my PT today & gone to the gym for a cycling session (to strengthen my quads), I've been reminded of something: when you workout more, your body starts bossing you, HARD. This afternoon, post workout: EAT PROTEIN. Drink water. Eat carbs. REST. Drink more water. 😅🫡
