What the hell is up with the influx of obvious AI bots on bluesky today? I feel like I'm blocking 1 in four posts on my discovery feed now. Users with AI image photos, no post histories, and one post that's of a "person" or some infographic with a beg for funds of some kind....

Gonna do a smll project. I have this small enclosure at home. I'm going to get some Cherry MX Brown switches, a rotary endocer and a RPI Pico and build a programmable little switch box with volume control. Should be fairly straightforward and a fun learning project. Not to mention useful.

I've started playing Elin again. It's scratching that itch that Ultima Online did over 28 years ago. The deep crafting system. Skills getting better as you use them. Only this is far more moddable and I welcome that. Also the fact someone made a UO Music Pack for the game doesn't hurt either.

Decided to upgrade the CPU for the Rack as build. Decided to go with a 4 core Xeon with on board GPU at 45w than the 2 core with no GPU at 15w. I get a little more operational concern in the long term, and can always swap CPUs later if I want. Gotta love those graphite thermal sheets.

Finally. Got access to an old ESXi 5.5 vm I thought was gone, thanks to VirtualBox. This is good because it means I can recover the data and activation keys for a lot of older software I thought was lost. Not that anyone is probably running 20 year old software packages but it's still nice to have.
