A boy at my children’s school apparently has “My pronouns are Rap/ist” on his TikTok account. School has apparently acted by removing this child from class. #RapeCulture is real, people and 13 year old boys are seeing nothing wrong with it unless it is continuously called out. Be better, men!

Hey #Autistic and #ADHD peeps who’ve been on #antidepressants #citalopram in particular. I’m considering asking to come off my meds as I’ve been on a variety for 17yrs+, most recently (5yrs+) citalopram. Any advice? Should I wait until ADHD meds have been started and titrated? Thanks in advance.

After 17 and a half years today is my last day working in the NHS. I've worked under 12 Health secretaries. Every single one made it harder for us to look after patients and pursued an agenda of privatisation and outsourcing. The NHS thrives in spite of, not because of it’s political leadership.

Today I learned that I had a 3.2GPA at undergrad (BEng (Hons)), and a 4.0GPA at postgrad (MSc). For those in the UK, yes, I got a Desmond for my BEng (Hons). Not that it really means much after 20 years.
