If enough administrative state officials survived the many purges then there likely would be one.

It’s simple, they ran llms on loops while letting the harness do whatever the llm said without checks against stupid things. No shit it’s going to leave ai slop all over the place.

Nobody has even signed a contract to manufacture it. That’s way too soon to claim it’ll reach production of 10k units by next year. Like all EV startup promises, take it with a massive grain of salt on both pricing, range, and production timelines.

They could also take the gallon of stupid potion out of their assembly methodology. They could’ve gone with regular assembly conventions, but no, some devs decided to make it worse than every other cad software.

Researchers found microplastics in human penile tissue for the first time, sparking concerns about microplastics' potential impact on erectile dysfunction and male infertility.

Chat, is it good if microplastics have been found in the dongs of dudes with ED? There’s microplastics in dicks and balls now. Im calling it now, If microplastics get definitively linked to ED the entire world order go hard against microplastics and ban sources.

We’re going to see the blood boy penis zapping man drink his girlfriend’s blood in like 10 years when some documentary comes out about how insanely stupid all his bullshit is, that or about how he was a serial killer all along.

They all act like they didn’t purposefully cap the taxable income taxes the ultra rich pay taxes on into social security at 250k to force this. The solution is simple. Ditch the cap. There is zero reason the ultra rich shouldn’t pay their fair share into social security.

While simple, it would incur at least a minor penalty in pressure loss, meaning the filter blower motor needs to work harder to get the same airflow. You may be able to either measure to diameters yourself or call support and ask for them. Also, you’d want to ask if it voids any warrantees.
000
Engineer who cycles @bikeengineer.bsky.social · 10/06/2026
Not sure if you found a solution yet. But essentially: there’s a seal somewhere in the filter or the pipe attached to it. You could theoretically SLA 3d print an adapter similar to that of a pvc pipe adapter of the correct diameter to fit pipe it attaches to and inside the filter.

A few questions: How much headroom is there from the helmet to the panel? What kind of restraints are used? And how does emergency egress work? It a pretty cool project! It makes sense to want to keep the panel mount low for cg and roll resistance.

Engineer who cycles @bikeengineer.bsky.social · 21/05/2026
Is it possible to make an adapter to retrofit the refillable one on the old one while still squishing the gaskets enough and minimizing head loss?

How the fuck? I’m guessing they took the “copy paste a fuck ton of handles from whatever lists they can scrounge up” approach to trying to get followers. They only have 46 subs. Probably trying to get more clicks and ad revenue by going for spectacle. Probably best to monitor but ignore.

If we had a socialized medicine system, regulations with teeth and officials that don’t get bought by billionaires, an effective administrative state, strict campaign finance laws, and taxed billionaires into millionaires, a lot of these problems would be solved or at least far less severe.

Break up the megacorps that monopolize just about every industry, especially food, air travel, internet service providers, media conglomerates, water, search engines, ad tech, etc. Mandate all data collection to be opt in only. I have a huge list of policy changes, ideas, and how I’d implement them

Block big box stores from robbing local governments blind with property tax loopholes and giant parking lots that end up empty in 15 years and force shitty car centric infrastructure. Ban stock buybacks. Cap ceo to employee pay. Enforce the laws banning using contractors for employee jobs.

It starts with packing the courts and overturning citizens united, undoing all the corporate personhood bullshit they’ve built in the judiciary for decades, revive strict and transparent campaign finance laws and independently enforce them. Tax billionaires back to 999 millionaire status.

It doesn’t have to be this way, tech can be used to improve society instead of parasitically enshittifying every the oligarchs get their hands on. We don’t have to let grifters steal public infrastructure and the fruits of our labor so they can sell what isn’t theirs back to us.

Slop companies destroying the internet, social media, and slamming servers with obscene levels of bot traffic to steal their works regardless of legality. Then trying to charge rent for serving up shitty imitations. They all rush to beat regulation to the punch so they can settle out of court.

This is why ad tech needs to be reigned in. The go full speed on rent seeking strategies trying monopolize infrastructure subsidizing prices w/ VC money until they get there and lie about the harm and pollution they cause. It’s the same story w/ google destroying journalism, uber destroying transit,

Ad tech companies don’t care about standards as long as they get paid, they let blatant scams advertise on their platforms all the time and do nothing to stem the tide of slop scam ads. They don’t care if people get hurt using snake oil to attempt to treat illnesses.

Engineer who cycles @bikeengineer.bsky.social · 21/05/2026
Patients don’t get enough time to ask doctors their questions on how to improve their health and address their ailments. So they end up falling prey to scammers trying to sell them snake oil to solve the problems private health insurance created.
100
Engineer who cycles @bikeengineer.bsky.social · 21/05/2026
They continuously lower payments to doctors forcing them to squeeze more and more patients in less and less time while constantly raising prices and increasing administrative overhead to deal with their intentionally difficult to get claims approved systems.

Engineer who cycles @bikeengineer.bsky.social · 21/05/2026
Upon revisiting this, the rot goes deeper, most of these “wellness” and “oNe wIeRd tRiCk” scams originate from enshitification the healthcare system by private health insurance companies that only exist to extract money that should pay for healthcare Instead of a socialized medicine system.

There should be an immediate excise tax charged to every recipient of the coup goon fund the minute congress flips. They have billions to pay brownshirts for coups but “no money” for healthcare.

The missile swarm that most doctrines and strategists were worried about has been replaced with drone swarms. Expect future air defense systems contractors to spend lots of time developing cheap anti drone interceptors and electronic warfare. It’s an evolutionary arms race.
020
Engineer who cycles @bikeengineer.bsky.social · 10/03/2026
Even at a 10% hit rate, they can make 200/day of the non rocket ones and carry nearly 2x the payload. It’s outmatched every similar drone in destructive capability/cost and range. It’s the same problem the US has had with defending against drones, the costs of defending are magnitudes higher.
120
Engineer who cycles @bikeengineer.bsky.social · 10/03/2026
Modern tanks weren’t designed to counter slow but agile anti tank rounds that can pin point target the gap between the turret and the platform and other weak points. It’s caught the world by surprise and caused an anti drone defense arms race.

Engineer who cycles @bikeengineer.bsky.social · 10/03/2026
The drones in Ukraine are upending the math of military doctrines. Cheap drone swarms take out million $ tanks. There’s even a deadly drone wall Ukraine has deployed. Russia keeps trying and failing to counter drones for more than a few weeks at a time before Ukraine adapts.
130
Engineer who cycles @bikeengineer.bsky.social · 10/03/2026
They’re still expensive at $500k or so per heavier version, it’s still 4 cruise drones for the price of 1 tomahawk. These things can also be harder to intercept. It’s worrying that the future of warfare may have even heavier casualties as this tech proliferates.
110
Engineer who cycles @bikeengineer.bsky.social · 10/03/2026
It’s funny you say that because that’s exactly what they’re doing but with metal for the rocket and jet engines. They’re making cruise missile/drone hybrids that are hard to predict because of their varied flight pattern ability. They’ve made a 4x cheaper cruise drone vs tomahawks missiles.
