Forgot to mention it yesterday but I dropped a lil teaser for the next vid over on the Patreon, won't be doing any extended previews for this one but this is just a smidge of the intro that doesn't give away the topic too hard so I thought it'd be fun to share www.patreon.com/thebigyellow...

the thing about getting blown up 0-5 on stream vs a slayer is that nothing else can hurt you at that point. i closed xrd and immediately texted a girl i wanted to ask out because the outcome couldn't be THAT bad comparatively. and it wasn't! (she said no)

Stream schedule for the week, gonna be riding Kirbily and then getting back to PMD which has defo been chilling in the back for too long, think we're really entering the endgame for that now!

I agree I think it's really charming, I'm imagining them loving the base 21 tracks and then being overjoyed discovering a whole cool new way to play them

A game review I'll never forget is one for Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed where the reviewer points out that the game has 21 tracks, then says with their whole chest that it basically has 42 cause of mirror mode. We all need someone who'll hype us up like Mirror Mode Guy in our lives tbh

tragically I don't think it'd even be a good speedrun game, it's buggy in all the unfun ways, your kit is so limited that there's not a huge amount to it other than some very precise skips and just walking from a to b fast

tough part of getting good at Slay the Spire is realizing that sometimes you really do have to pick the first one

For me it's Volga which is real rough cause most of the OCs are really cool but unfortunately I get the best results with Fire Daniel

Getting really into Hyrule Warriors again and it's unreal how big the gap in fun is between characters who's launchers are "hits you and then hits you again" and "hits you and then winds up for a big fuckoff flippy dippy leaving them chilling in the air with no invincibility as they float back down"
