I find the Habs PP static. Players without the puck standing around like pylons... no movement changing passing and shooting lanes. Plus, predictable knowing if Hutson gets the puck, he's going to pass.

I just find their PP so static and predictable. Not moving around to change passing and shooting lanes. Standing around like pylons without the puck. Missing a cannon shot from the point.

You did not miss much. The Habs did not play great imo.

The stats match the Eye test. The Habs did not play well tonight.

IMO, Habs did not play a great game. They should have steamrolled over the Red Wings due to them playing the prior night.

Bolduc scores finally in the SO..... Now for Fowler to finish the job.... He gets the shutout. 1-0 Habs final score. Not a great game IMO.

Really... Has not scored in a so since Dec 13 2023

Fowler has been great tonight. No swimming at all.

If this game goes to a shootout, and MSL puts Suzuki as one of the shooters..... I am going to lose it.

000

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Texier plays hero in OT. Habs win 1-0 and Fowler gets the shutout...... Nope... offside. 3rd goal called back tonight.

On magic Mike or ineffective Dach watch to make a bonehead play.....

010

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Habs PP still too static.... not moving around enough to change the shooting and passing lanes.

020

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

OMG..... that Bet99 ad with Caufield in it has to be one of the worst ads I've seen on TV.

Player can only blame himself for zero effort and zero emotion, and zero pride.

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

The Wings played last night.... the Habs should be all over them like a fat kid on a kit kat bar..... but they are not.

110

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Habs PP is soooooooooooo stale. Everyone just stands around like pylons.... like their skates are stuck in concrete.

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

No goal due to goalie interference by Evans.

Nice push off and glove save by Fowler

Great O zone pressure from the Habs.

Wings Raymond Interferes with Texier.... Habs PP

Looking at the replay to see if the puck crossed the line.....

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Leave it to Mr Saturday night to score from the goal line along the boards..... 1-0 Habs.

000

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

The Habs should beat the Red Wings, considering the Wings played last night, and both of their goalies were utilized.

010

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 10/10/2026

No.... but the same can be said about official practices too.... for example when injured players come back and get more involved in contact practices versus playing in a game.

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 10/10/2026

I would say no. The vast majority of players train and skate during the off season. Training camps are for teaching more than anything else and not with physical conditioning.

Some people will complain that getting a 2nd round pick was not enough.

010

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 10/10/2026

Huh... was occupied tonight.... Just saw the Habs traded Struble for a 2nd round pick in 2027 to Nashville. Interesting.

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

IMO the point spread should be greater across the board.

000

Big Bill @bigbill33.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

I don't get it... it should be greater for Jackson... specially with Collins failed voting track record, her 1996 promise to only serve for 2 terms (she's going for her 6th term) .... and the latest pay to play scheme she's involved in.

A dominant game for the Montreal Canadiens. If they keep playing like that, they’ll be fine. However, wins are also nice. Here’s the Call Of The Wilde for Global Montreal. globalnews.ca/news/1209325...

If u have some leeway, are there any alternator/starter repair shops in your area? Much cheaper and they warranty their work.

Brian Wilde reported tonight on the Sick Pod with Tony M at the end of MSL's presser, RDS' Luc Gelinas asked Chantal Macabee the injury status of Monty (MSL left). Macabee responded the team knows, and they will release the details sometime tomorrow. Not good.....
