Hey all, it’s been months since I posted. Not gonna lie, my mental health has been on a downward spiral in the past few months, but one of the things that keeps my grounded has always been the gym. Been hard at work, this is 485 for 2 at what felt like an rpe 6.5. Excited how things are moving
