By the way, with Kingdom Hearts 4 trailers bringing hype back to the series, gonna mention that you can get the entire Kingdom Hearts collection is $30 on Steam until the 20th. Incredible deal that'll get you basically everything you'd need to play. Start with the firsts game and go from there.

Adding onto this. There's always this desire when you're starting a big series like this to "catch up" but its best to just play at your own pace. These games aren't terribly long compared to other RPGs, and you'll digest the stories, characters, and themes better if you don't rush.

"Let's press our thundering hearts together and dance Let's celebrate the fact that we are alive here and now" #kingdomhearts #kh #sorikai #sora #riku #kairi

Kairi, Riku and Sora, celebrating Holi. Riku in the middle is holding them near him, with one hand on Kairi's head and the other on Sora's side. Kairi and Sora are both raising their free hand in joy. Everyone is colored with their respective colour: Kairi in pink, Riku in blue and Sora in red and they have some spots with colours of the other two. The background is yellow.

Everyone ready to celebrate "get the corporate surveillance device out of your house for the love of god" day on the 28th? (Reminder that Alexa recordings can be used as evidence in court!)

Text from the article linked in the quoted skeet, reading as follows:

In an email sent to customers today, Amazon said that Echo users will no longer be able to set their devices to process Alexa requests locally and, therefore, avoid sending voice recordings to Amazon’s cloud. Amazon apparently sent the email to users with “Do Not Send Voice Recordings” enabled on their Echo. Starting on March 28, recordings of everything command spoken to the Alexa living in Echo speakers and smart displays will automatically be sent to Amazon and processed in the cloud.

Attempting to rationalize the change, Amazon’s email said: "As we continue to expand Alexa’s capabilities with generative AI features that rely on the processing power of Amazon’s secure cloud, we have decided to no longer support this feature."

I know there's dozens of things to contact reps about every single day, but today please contact them about keeping USPS independent. Privatizing USPS would be devastating for so many reasons, but personally it would destroy my small business if I can't have affordable/accessible service. 5calls.org

Tumblr is still one of the best social sites out there

Tumblr post.

Anonymous asked:

hey, i'm that last anon. i actually hate-read your blog because i initially thought you were someone who gravely wronged me on a gundam rp forum in 2012 (abused the trust i put in char roleplayers to commit credit card fraud) the first time i saw your blog. i eventually learned you had to be someone else but tbh the distaste just stuck with me and now i compulsively get mad at everything you post

i think i'm in love with you?

💝Wholesome News! 'Old Man Yaoi' has officially entered a Japanese BL creator's lexicon and they couldn't be happier. Their manga didn't sell well in Japan so they were shocked & thrilled to have SO many Eng. super-fans 😊 OG thread with all conversations & posts: gongyussy.tumblr.com/post/7723087...

creator: "old man yaoi...? I had no idea that there was such a way to say it"

Screenshot of many fans clarifying that 'old man yaoi' is a positive and affectionate term. Sensei responded 'I would like to see love stories featuring older men too! That's a good word. I like 'old man yaoi'. I'm surprised at how many people have responded. I'll use 'old man yaoi' to introduce my work, thank you!

a screenshot of Sensei's Pixiv diary: 'Yesterday old man yaoi became a big buzz and i was so happy and excited that i felt like i was floating in the air. i still feel that way. my manga didnt sell well in Japan so and although it was translated in Taiwan and Korea it wasn't until 'Compass' was available in English. I never thought an older more mature character like me would be well received in an English-speaking country. I'm happy

a note that sonoo sensei is creating a mini comic titled 'old man yaoi diary' to help their English fans learn Japanese
