As someone whose sleep has been affected by neurodivergence, hormones, mental health challenges and pregnancy, it felt empowering to bring my intersectional voice to the project.

Young people aged 16–24 with lived experience of self-harm are invited to take part in co-design workshops to help shape a research method using Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) to study the link between sleep and self-harm.

What is involved: Workshops with discussions, creative activities, and feedback. Follow-up sessions to provide further input.

Benefits: Research experience, skill development, certificate of participation, and contribution to mental health research.

Eligibility: Aged 16–24, lived experience of self-harm, and UK-based.
