Our key takeaways are: 1. Neurodivergent people often don't receive adequate representation and inclusion in curricula. 2. Where we are mentioned, we are often segregated into "abnormal psychology", rather than being included as part of the diversity of cognitive experiences.

A little late for Autism Acceptance Month but... New paper alert!! We critically examined how psychology curricula often reinforce ableist perspectives by marginalising neurodivergent psychology. [1/4] #autism #neurodiversity #autismacceptance #psychology #education
A paper titled "Curricula May Not Apply: 'Abnormal' Exceptions Speak Back to the Curriculum" by George Rudkin, Kayleigh Warrington, Emma Wilson, Bethan Iley, and Alyssa Hillary Zisk. Published in Teaching of Psychology.

Today's QUB ReproducibiliTea resulted in a mildly chaotic concept map about #OpenScience. Definitely not comprehensive, but pretty impressive for a one hour meeting!!
A concept map showing a range of open scholarship concepts including data sharing, code sharing, multidisciplinarity, collaboration, changing incentives and theory development.
