FFS. Ken /asked/ for it to be 1 day. Had a plea deal for it. Made sure the plea was worded to avoid the felony and need to register as a sex offender. The /Judge/ rejected it, not Ken. Couldn't do anything about the felony part, so he got 60 days in county. Only served 30 of it.
