In St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, as in other regions, the ban on publishing photos and videos of drone attacks, air defense operations, and the aftermath of such "incursions" remains in effect. The restrictions apply to personal and public social media accounts, instant messaging chats, and news commentary.
In St. Petersburg, posting such footage carries administrative liability under the city's administrative law:
for citizens - a fine of 4 thousand rubles, for a repeat violation - 5 thousand;
for officials - from 30 to 40 thousand rubles, repeated offenses - from 40 to 50 thousand;
for legal entities - from 200 to 300 thousand rubles, in case of repeat offense - from 300 to 500 thousand rubles.
