Means and standard deviations of δ13C and δ15N values of isopods and cystacanths (Acanthocephalus spp.). Isopods were further differentiated according to their infection status. Only the most abundant isolate was considered for the group of microsporidian-infected isopods (isolate EFB02). While acanthocephalan-infected isopods were measured individually, acanthocephalans were pooled in September and November 2023. In addition, one acanthocephalan in November 2023 did not yield enough dry mass for SIA.
