Couldn't get a clean shed to save my life and the heddle was a workout to move. It was just the wrong set up. Chained and maybe it will live to see another day with a different plan!

A rigid heddle loom is on a table. A bundle of oatmeal colored yarn is looped in a compact daisy chain in the middle of the picture. Small chucks of yarn are strewn around where the warp was cut off.

Okay baby's first time using handspun as warp. Cross your fingers... This was the first fleece I ever processed from raw! Not perfect. But sentimental. I'm glad to finally be using it.

A rigid heddle loom sits on a table. 2 yards of warp is extended from the back beam but not yet wound on. The yarn is a natural oatmeal grey.
