Excited to watch some great friends put on a show at Twitch.tv/imaginifmedia here shortly! Adrian kicks butt my weekly Draw Steel game (with more style than the rest of the table combined), but can he survive @jessiye.bsky.social ‘s Chtulean nightmares?

Ad for a Call of Cthulhu actual play game today

Back in the office for the first day in 2026. I’m kicking off the new year with a promotion to Producer, RPGs (no longer an Associate) and lots of fun #ttrpg projects in the works. And dope HeroScape style art! (Still not enough coffee in the world)

Here’s what the dice look like (2d10 on a d20 body, 1d3 on d6 body). Close up on the swirly (ombré?) brown/gold d10. Ignore my way overdue nail polish situation.

Three dice that come with the MCDM+Chessex Draw Steel pack. 2 d10 on a d20 body, and 1 d3 on a d6 body.

Had a great time today with @hellomcdm.bsky.social ‘s Delian Tomb for Draw Steel. Performed surprisingly well at teaching us how to play as we went through encounters. Best of all, our three players were constantly paying attention to the action and strategizing rather than looking at phones #ttrpg

The Delian Tomb start here box dice set. The side of the box reads “YOU’RE GOING TO PLAY DRAW STEEL TONIGHT!”

As a Golgari magic player, I LOVE banana slugs. I have a stuffed one from Muir Woods National Park. I may love them anyway, just because they’re bright yellow and turn waste into fertilizer…

Great morning at the last day of #GameholeCon - I got to play @jamesintrocaso.bsky.social ‘s Crows playtest along with fellow @renegadegamestudios.com Anais Morgan and their partner. Fun, fast, and a little taste of Draw Steel’s core mechanics used in a whole new way!

Attending #NoKings was really good for the soul to see so may other folks fed up with the state of America. Very peaceful, energizing, and not paid at all ;) Plus @paigeleitman.bsky.social made an amazing sign!

No Kings protest sign reads “First they came for the immigrants and I spoke up because I know the rest of the fucking poem”

No Kings protest sign with “I missed D&D for this!”

The Scotland weather I expected (left, today in Glasgow) vs. most of what I got (right, at Talisker a few days ago). Thankful to have enjoyed both, and happy for the cooler weather.

Had a great time today visiting Cawdor Castle, home of Thane MacBeth (at least fictionally - it was built 300ish years after he would have ruled). Also wonderful gardens.
