Victor, looking up to the right of the image toward his own thought bubble that says "Time to get ma freak on" in comic sans. This was referenced off of a picture of Falco in Melee, who was also pondering on getting his freak on in the same fashion

In this comic, Victor visits every iHOP in America. Almost. Text next to Victor in each panel reads:
Victor, confidently: "Hey, you sexy little fruitloops. We're gonna be eating at every iHOP in America. let's do this
Victor is then presented with a plate of pancakes. His determination is lightly scratched, but barely shows. "Alright, first one. I'm liking it

On Day 140, Victor looks almost content-aware scaled, beginning to somehow shrivel.
