I should've guessed from the name that you had the green 17 tbh! Besides the red 12 I'm still using, my 11 was called Bumblebee because it had a yellow back and black front. All kinda lazy names really. It's naming playlists where I really come into my own

I had two lurchers, Tess and Amber, growing up. Got Tess after Amber was stolen, but managed to get her back 6 months later. I think I need a pet to love and need me the way a dog does, but that in turn means I need to be on the ball with caring for it, and I can’t face that responsibility atm

hang on, I got muddled because they decided to keep the 2 Ex- names. The metro became an express, but its metro dna means the prices aren't inflated, unlike the small expresses which (understandable) charge you extra for the ability to walk 2 minutes at 22:55 to get a twix and an isotonic

The bad modern days where you don't know if an express is going to have a member of staff in a perspex box and a single self checkout and one option of toilet roll, or a full blown shop with regular prices and good range of stuff

unpopular opinion: the monzo coral colour ain't all that. i'm on the legacy monzo plus plan that comes with a cool iridescent blue card, but I misplaced my wallet a few months ago, and i really don't want to get it replaced as they're gonna replace it with the coral one 😭

@pierrenovellie.bsky.social just checked my pasta dosage, and I’m also a 3x’er! Could my disordered eating be down to a childhood of Slimming World, where potatoes, rice and pasta is “free”, but fruit blended in a smoothie is a “syn”!? Who could possibly say? But hey, guilt free pasta!!!

I bet it would be better with sprinkles imported from the US with all the good chemicals. The sprinkles here are so drab, like yeah they’re nice, but could really do with the saturation being bumped up a bit (having done the edit, I’m actually annoyed they don’t look like this!!!)

It’s actually just catsup, but I remember the guy that did this to my kitchen and he seemed like an old master decorator but now I know he was a tasteless fool. I don’t know what my mum was thinking as I’m certain she was the one that supplied the artex!

Whatever you do, don’t copy my mum did and decide that artex would be a BRILLIANT idea in a kitchen, because now it’s my responsibility and it bloody awful! The good thing I guess is given this is from the 00s I can be pretty sure there’s no asbestos… I hope

A peach-y coloured wall with heavily textured artex on it. It’s dirty because it’s in a kitchen above a gas hob (out of frame) so of course grease and kitchen shit has built up and it’s spiky so you can’t exactly run a sponge over it
