Picked up SW: Galactic Racers on a semi-nostalgic whim today. Thought I'd have a quick 45min play...turned into 3 hours. Loving it. Also meant that when I went to turn my studio off, I realised I'd not met my cue quota so stayed up till 00:30... Well played @fusegames.com , well played!

Bulwark just released the "Colossal Console Update" Bringing a substantial amount of free content never seen on Console, Curved Walls, Behemoth, upgradable surveyors, trees, it goes on. And it's getting the Verne Mercenary units and the Brand New Medieval House pack that also released today on PC!

So is this case that they are being sued for using music in advertising etc or literally in the games themselves? Because surely the playing of music within a game is covered by developer / publisher agreement with composer? ….. if it’s about in the game, it could be very expensive for valve!
