There’s a thing in Project Management that is necessary for any PM. Ownership. You take ownership of what you can do. So I’m taking ownership of absolutely everything I can actually accomplish myself. External forces will always be at play but I choose to persist and not despair. It’s a necessity.

I am really happy with the Grammy wins this year. All my faves won. Beyonce, Doechii, Sza, Muni Long, Kendrick, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Shakira, lady Gaga & Bruno Mars, Jimmy Carter. It was a great year for black, female, queer and progressive artists. My heart is happy.
