Drawing poorly isn’t a failure—it’s how you learn. Forget everything you've been told about failure. In fact, aim for it. Every 'bad' piece is an opportunity to refine your technique, build muscle memory, and find your unique style.

Someone told me this about procrastination: accept it as part of the creative process because without it we wouldn't able to get the result we actually get. While procrastinating we (subconsciously) think about the piece and its process and that's actually very productive in it's own way.

If you're a creator who: - Takes long break periods - Creates very slowly - Has another full time job or engagement - Struggles with productivity - Is inconsistent I'm sorry to tell you... YOU'RE STILL A VALID CREATOR BECAUSE CREATING IS TIED TO PASSION, NOT PRODUCTIVITY 💜✨️

If you don't know what to practice drawing, use this system: - Avoid overthinking (or journal your concerns) - Warm up with automatic drawing - As your drawing develops, ask yourself: Where do I lack confidence in this drawing? - Take note, study that specific topic later

I probably don’t say this enough but I really appreciate everyone who has followed me and supported me for the past few years It’s hard for me to fully express myself online sometimes (I still get shy when it comes to myself) but I’m really do appreciate you all ❤️

This place feels like old Twitter before that greedy manchild took over.. Or more like when companies didn’t shove their agenda at us. It’s nice

Hey Skyfolks! Just a reminder: there is no algorithm on Bsky, so us artists and creators rely heavily on RTs to get our work out there. If you see a post from an artist or creator that you like, please RT generously! It helps us a lot ❤️ Thank you!
