Lizalfos need to become one of the main races in Zelda games (like Gorons, Rito, Zora and Gerudo), maybe make one of them a sage also. I guess in that case they'd be called "Lizal" instead.

Compliments of @rahaeli.bsky.social - novehiclesinthepark.com is a good starting point for content moderation and trying to make calls with a standard set of rules when applied to different language. Will try to share more of these games so folks can practically learn how to make some calls!

I love not knowing who's cancelled, or what people think of movies, TV shows and games. It is so nice

I'm at a particularly boring art philosophy class, the type where the teacher reads a text I've already read out loud, but thankfully I have my tablet for a quick Samus with her friend Kirby.

Painting of Samus Aran from Metroid sitting on Kirby from Kirby.
She's a tall woman in a spacesuit and Kirby is a happy pink ball of cuteness.

A little french trivia about Zelda OOT: France is the only country where the Duku nuts have another name, we call them "Mojo" nuts. Why? Because Deku sounds like "Des cou" and is close to "des couilles" meaning balls. So Nintendo didn't want us joking about "balls's nut" Voilà !

The idea that people are gatekeeping ‘creativity‘ is horseshit, certainly in terms of writing or art. Pick up a pen or pencil. Type something on whatever device you can use. THAT’S creativity. The ‘gatekeeping’ is around opportunities to work in it and make money, and genAI is destroying that.

Headline of an Observer article: In defence of AI slop: we should embrace open access to creativity, not condemn it

Look past the Donald Trump superhero memes and the new software gives us the chance to democratise creative production. No wonder art’s cultural gatekeepers are worried.
