15. elizabeth taylor: a private life for public consumption by ellis cashmore had a realization of just how much of a performance I put on at work bought this. it's one of the better examples of how to capture a subject from afar and do your best to examine and explain their essence. 4.5/5

11. wuthering heights by emily bronte read in anticipation for the new movie. I finally saw what all the hoopla is about and I fear for what is cooking in emerald fennell's sick mind. an exploration of decades of trauma, grief and hatred that doesn't waste a second. 5/5

I have once again beat the bird at its own game.

it's a screenshot of my duolingo wrapped! upon further reflection I know I sound like a madwoman but I am a trilingual madwoman nonetheless! I am a top 0.1% learner on duolingo. I have a streak of 669 days, I earned 316,620 xp and spent 23145 minutes on duolingo. yes I am insane but I have plans to be the messiest polyglot in history and I have some stiff competition. I don't want to do anything illegal with my foreign languages but I'd like to sow seeds of whimsical chaos on a minute level. when you see me switching languages on a whim to advance the plot mind your business.
