i just like cycling, and i like it when i can talk about it with other people who like cycling too. theres a local cycling club that looks very cute that i should probably join

i did get the 1.1.1 update which handled my problems with auto locking, and the only other two mods i have are to deal with getting rid of popup dialogs and giving moss some sweet trainers

in game screenshot, not mine, of moss from pikmin 4 standing. he has green and white high top trainers on. he looks great

im actually trying to get it to be a more flexible setup for travelling, buying some cheap second hand peakdesign anchors and straps so i can keep the wrist strap on when it’s in my cross body bag and a big strap when im gonna be keeping it out all day

my friend invited me over to his house and i finally got to meet his cat, Leo!

basically, i hope that a side effect of how AT-Proto is being built will be to push people to learn more about hosting things to get what they want, like similar to how a generation of kids learned HTML, CSS, and JS for a cool tumblr page

im also pretty sure that specific features arent really whats stopping people from joining, but the inertia of having to learn something new, on top of bsky not being as immediately engaging. one answer to this is twitter's mandatory 5 follows before you can continue just so your feed isnt blank

features like drafts also seem like theyd be simple if just pushing that info to the PDS, but i can understand why bsky as a startup doesnt want to host the useless data of un-tweeted tweets

also youd really need to trust the person hosting, and this could just lead to weird cliques, which i think private accounts usually do anyway but i think it is maybe the most requested feature after DMs

having done minimal/ no research into it, it'd be nice to have an option to easily switch to join a friend's server, though this would mean that couldnt follow multiple friend's priv accounts unless theyre running in the same circles
