Think I'm just totally done with online retail in all forms. Keep losing hours of my life with "customer service agents" (robots?) who never resolve anything and then eating the cost for damaged items of inaccurate information. Also buying from a physical store is more community & less surveillance

another horrible thing about the ai-fication of media is that previously if you wanted to put out some horrible shit out, you at least had to try and find an actor to do that. it filtered out SOME garbage. it facilitated SOME conversation. now anybody's brain worms come to life with a few clicks
