I don't think there was ever negativity in the AEW fandom. She has awesome matches. Got the women more time. Has a hook where she *cannot* win the main title, thus is unfulfilled. Always clear we were building to her losing and crashing out. Most hate was from people who post but don't watch.

Factions also work differently in AEW than they do in WWE, or even WCW back in the day. They work more like NJPW's factions: they're groups to explain why certain wrestlers team together. There's not really an end goal for the factions. They're mates who back each other at their job.
