Got one of those "commission me" scams on AO3. Contacted them on discord out of curiosity. I'm obviously never going to pay, and certainly not $24,000 dollars (!!!)to some unknown rando. #AO3 their username is phantom_drawsxd and they've been reported for tos violation.

Lol so, this person on Tumblr replied to my screenshot about the CW bottom Arthur thing. Except this isn't the CW person. It's someone else who has confused me for another writer friend they have been harassing. I am now getting another writer's daft hate (and they don't write Arthur like that btw)

archiveofourown.org/works/41358030 Absolutely lovely comment on Hiraeth today 💖💖💖💖 #Merlin #BBCMerlin #Merthur

AO3 comment of Hiraeth saying: Oh lovely, you've written such a beautiful story! Your characters are always *better* than canon, you give them such humanity and depth that they become so much MORE than they could be in the TV show format. This was such a wonderful journey to take with you and the boys, and I'm so thankful that you spent so much time and effort and love to bring this to us, your adoring public :) It's all the same things I loved from Sorcerer's Bane but with enough difference that I couldn't accurately predict events just based on your past work. Your timing and beats are perfect to me, and the way you balance character history, emotional upset, relationship building, smut, plot, and surprises is so, so enjoyable to read! You are a fantastic writer and I love that you work so hard on your craft that brings such joy to your readers. Thank you!

This is the third person I've had this month commenting on the "bittersweet" situation of any fic where Merlin and Arthur get together but don't end up married and it's left open-ended. It seems to be a new fandom *thing*. I'm deleting comments like this from now on. #BBCMerlin

it was a great story. i really liked arthur trying to do what makes merlin happy.
i just feel like it's a bittersweet ending. like with the topic of arthur's marriage still being on the table
