Another change I love in the "Koihime" remake is the save screen. In the OG & remake, saving is done by writing in a "picture diary" but in the OG ver, you just pick a file from a menu. In the remake, it's a literal picture diary! Each slot also has a little doodle of the protag!

The most creative change to me in the remake of "Koihime" is how you progress. While the OG is played with a command menu, the remake has you clicking an SD version of the protag, where certain body parts map to a related action. From there, sub actions are shown as cute icons!

"Koihime" is a PC-98 ADV made by Silky's in 1995 that was later remade for Windows by Elf in 1999. While the PC-98 version featured sepia-colored BGs & a vertical textbox, the remake rolls with a horizontal textbox, full color BGs, & new char designs. Both have their charms!

One of the most common replies I get on a lot of posts on Game Vecanti is why something is labelled NSFW when what's posted is SFW. The answer is that 18+ titles are marked like that so a person doesn't get flashbanged by adult content if they decide to look the game up.
