Had a wonderful time at my Alma Mater CMC Vellore for the 3rd paediatric transplant conference !! It's amazing to see the growth in this area and thoroughly enjoyed the rich interactions with the pediatric and adult Nephrology teams !!

Reminder that EM is still useful even when no gloms available. Example case of light chain deposition disease. IF highly suspicious with kappa restriction along tubular basement membranes; EM was helpful to confirm the diagnosis: powdery deposits on TBMs. #renalpath #nephrology #pathsky
