Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I am REAL IFFY about targeting nuclear (military, civilian, or mixed) infrastructure with cuber, kinetic & other attacks. Less iffy if no “physical” damage. USA & Israel did not do world many favors with Stuxnet against Iran in terms of precedent & norm setting.
