That wasn't too far to walk up Thankfully

Haggis, neeps and tatties with a Tennants. Can't get more 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 than that. One more drink, then off to Tynecastle, Want to get there early enough to avoid the queues. Don't like walking through Fountainbridge always too 🌞🌞

Was quite cool (shall we say) when I got here this morning.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Now, okay, apart from the wind

Can't believe how expensive a Tennants is in a spoons

Both England(3-1 away to Greece) & Scotland(2-0 away to the Czechs)had good results last night. Hopefully, both will get through to the World Cup.

Whatever they do with City & I honestly couldn't care less one way or the other, but don't relegate them to the National League. That is totally unfair to the clubs already there, especially with only one direct promotion place.

London underground - so bad To get to Wealdstone FC (Ruislip) costs 4 quid if you tap your card or use an oyster card but 7 quid cash. So much difference.

Won yesterday, so the trainers are safe. Not sure about my grey Southend Tee shirt. Don't think we have won when I've been wearing it Unlucky shirt.

After using it a couple of time. Pleased with my cheap amazon shaver. A Lorrtta USB Charging Electric Razor. Actually seems better than the philishave it replaced 😊

Wearing a new pair of trainers to the game. Been wearing them for the last two, a defeat and a draw. Lose today and I won't wear them at the footy anymore

Like the way Kieran Dyer keeps mentioning possible 'lesser opposition' in the cups. The 'lesser opposition' have a habit of knocking you out, especially in the Essex Senior Cup.

That seemed to work okay. Got to 99% in no time, but was taking ages to get to 100%.

Charge up my new cheap Chinese shaver from Amazon. Replace my Philips one, which died. It had 74% charge. If it charges without catching fire, it's a good start. So far looks okay.

Just got back from Eastleigh. Southend are a 45 minute team. Can't keep it going for the whole game. Like Liverpool in the 1st half & Accrington Stanley in the 2nd. (Had to have been around in the 80's to understand that reference)

Lions win Almost lost my glasses case & just caught the earlier train back from Stratford otherwise would have had a half hour wait. 🙃 Should be back in about 15 minutes

At the Copper Box to see the Lions 🏀 against the 'new' team in the League- Liverpool (got to play in red)

Southend are lucky to still be 2nd after losing yesterday. 6 points adrift of Borehamwood. 2nd not good enough in the National League only one (auto) promotion place. So have to win the league.

Never knew there was an earlier Ibrox Disaster- George Molyneux, Southend’s first club skipper, made his England debut in the first Ibrox disaster in 1902, having to walk past dead bodies when the officials ordered the players back on to the pitch

Nice & empty in the gym, so got round the weight machines okay. Managed to get there without being stopped by the police and having my insurance checked today (which I've got), unlike yesterday, which wasn't a good start to the week.
