Just got back from Eastleigh. Southend are a 45 minute team. Can't keep it going for the whole game. Like Liverpool in the 1st half & Accrington Stanley in the 2nd. (Had to have been around in the 80's to understand that reference)

Went on a 'super' set of scales, which measures your metabolic age. Last week it was 51 years. Now after a weekend on the beer, it's 50 years. Moral - Drink beer, live longer 🍺🍺🍺

Got up to King's Cross without any problems. The actual 'city' of London looks good coming in by train. If you don't look down to the residential area next to the train. People who fo it everyday won't notice it.
