Folks, is there a name for the tone of the voiceovers on #bbc6music? Whoever does them kind of shrieks/belches out every word with a smug falling pitch like a bully pushing you over in the mud and sneerily saying "So there", with a hint of feminine hygiene ad chirpiness. It's doing my head in.

The office I used to work in held a 'teabag challenge' in which every person would line their mug up on the window ledge and attempt to 'bag' it (or any other mug). The ultimate loser of the eliminator had to make the tea. There were 9 people in the office and each round could take up to 15 mins.

So last week some kiddies stole the bike I'd owned 8 years from my locked garage, pushed it ½ a mile using another bike, then torched it. I've thought of a dozen ways to secure my next bike should someone try to TWOC it, all of which would get me arrested for causing actual bodily harm.
