Interestingly, Emory University but not Georgia Tech is a sponsor of State of marta. Some context: GT is served by marta rail and has the top Civil Engineering program in the nation, while Emory does not have an engineering school, is served by a few buses, but will get Clifton Corridor BRT. (/11)

When Atlanta mayor brought up 4 infill stations, he 1) disrupted new transit lines (CC & BL) & 2) overlooked the 5th proposed in 2016: Mechanicsville & Castleberry Hill. High transit dependency, ridership, & a regional destination, one that highlights black culture & businesses.
