Our kids have been not doing so great on the complex and/or written response questions on bio exams, so we're making them do more writing in class. I'm grading last week's practice and got so frustrated at kids not fully answering that I'm putting stickers on the papers of those that are.

Probably 80% of club flyers posted in the hallways are AI generated... and they're mostly done by teachers. I see kids in clubs after school doing bulletin boards in the hallways and those are always handmade, at least.

Our local superintendent is coming to observe my department + our 5th or 7th period classes next week, and I deeply suspect some of the materials one of the course team leads provided for the lesson was AI generated. I only noticed this as I was adapting it for my language learners.
