Eeeee friend!! :dragnaww: Found them inside the house though so now they're in gay baby jail until I can take them outside.

A very small brown, black, and white lizard friend, caught in a plastic deli container. They are trying to climb up the side of the container.

@swiftyshq Yeah they've been steadily working on improving the user experience with Bridgy. It's still not perfect - convincing creatures on Bsky to opt in is a PITA - but even so I find it more cromulent than ever.

Hey Mastodon/Fedi peeps on Android: what apps are y'all using nowadays to read your timeline? I really like Moshidon, especially for it's cross-account actions (i.e. long press reply/boost/like and it'll give you a list of configured accounts to perform that action from) but it hasn't gotten an […]

Cave Johnson here! The lab boys tell me that raccoons, structurally, have the same kind of fingers as you and me, Which got me thinking, why hire a bunch of pencil-pusher punch-card associates when I could hire raccoons! Those tiny fingers are perfect for all the wires inside computers nowadays […]

A "Let's get started" screen from Google Gemini, a shitty generative AI thing which has now replaced Google Assistant. This appeared when my phone heard the the old Hey Google wakeup phrase.

I used to think the dualistic idea of good and evil was banal and based off of limited understanding of how the whole of the world functions. Now I'm pretty sure evil is real and it lives in the hearts of the wealthy and we gotta get it out with pliers and a blow torch

@arcturax I mean, other community-owned art sites like Weasyl and Inkbunny do still exist, so we wouldn't be left to the mercy of commercial sites... But I agree FA going down would be a *massive* loss and we should prevent it if at all possible.
